5.    You have purchased a variety of crafts supplies at a sale that will last the year and allow your Unit to do a variety of crafts for the year. Where will you record the expense?

Most of it under Music/Arts and some under Camp to allow for camp crafts.

Even though you will be doing a craft at camp at the time you are purchasing the supplies you likely are not certain of what craft you will be doing and which supplies or how many of them you will be using at camp. Put all the money under Music/Arts and if you found you could use them at camp you could transfer the right portion of the money to the Camp column at the time of the Camp.
