Mushroom Name Tag Craft

On our first meeting I gave the girls this craft to do. They really enjoyed it and learned eachother's names while doing it.

TOOLS - scissors, red, white, brown sticky foams peices, safety pins and a pen or marker.

PREP - outline a shape of a mushroom on the brown foam, outline the mushroom cap on the red foam and outline three cirlces on the white foam.

CRAFT - the girls cut out the shapes, peeled the sticker backs off of the red foam (mushroom cap) and stuck it onto the brown foam (mushroom). They cut out their cirlces and stuck them onto the red foam (mushroom spots).

They wrote their names on the mushroom. Pinned them on their uniforms. And had a lot of fun doing it.
