Human Memory Game

submitted by: Glenda Barrera Contact Guider 43rd Guides

  • Have 1 or 2 girls leave the room.
  • The rest of the girls must pick a partner that they don't usally hang around with.
  • Give the girls a theme ie. animals; ocean; Christmas; and etc...... then, they must create a sound with their partner.
  • Once all the girls have their sounds, no two pairs can have the same sound. They run and lay face down like a card.
  • The girl(s) who left the room are then called in
  • Then one at a time they take turns trying to find the pairs.
    • They must walk up to a card and gently tap her on the head, that girl must then sit up and say her sound.
    • She remains sitting until the person that is IT has tapped another girl on the head, that girl repeats the same procedure
    • if the pair matches they stand off to the side until all the pairs have been collected.
    • If the sounds do not match the girls then lay back down and the game starts again.

My girls love to play this quieter game!!!!!
